WELCOME to Prospect Heights

The neighborhood is a mellow environment with brownstones and luxury condos, anchored by cultural institutions like the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum. Rapid demographic changes over the last 15 years, makes a diverse group of residents mixed with long time residents known as brownstone-renovating pioneers. Rental market is relatively affordable with multi-level brownstones and a mix of walk-up rent stabilized buildings, and market priced newer buildings.

You can find a selection of stores, bars and restaurants on: Vanderbilt Avenue, Washington Avenue, and Franklin Avenue

Traveling in/out of Prospect Heights is very convenient. It is a well-connected transit hub with easy access to multiple train lines for Manhattan, and other Brooklyn areas. The B48 bus runs on the cross street, Franklin Ave, and the #s 2,3, 4 & 5 trains can be fetched at the Franklin Ave/Eastern Parkway station. The S train station at Park Pl is also on the same block and this route would facilitate direct transfer to the B&Q trains at Prospect Park or the A&C trains at Fulton St. B45 bus to downtown is at Sterling Pl/Franklin Ave or Classon Ave/Sterling Pl
